Unfortunately I think they removed it for good cuz we now can put a bigger Avatar in place of crew background

The possibilty of adding a custom logo for your crew has indeed been removed. This is due to new guidelines for user generated content and the filter for inappropiate content/behaviour that was installed several moths ago.
For that reason I will close this topic.
