Not receiving bosscoin rewards...

Hi,

I picked a bosscoin offer from Fyber, called "Misty Continent: Cursed Island".
Now i have received the first 4 rewards and then suddenly i stopped receiving rewards after reaching the next goal.

I accepted the offer like maybe 40/50 days
I still have 8 days left to possibly reach higher level / more rewards
2 Weeks ago i stopped getting my reward
I mailed their support 2 weeks ago, they asked for screenshot and i gave it to them.
After sending screenshot they completely ignored me up until this moment.
I spend money in that game.
When am i getting the bosscoins that i should have gotten??
There is no way to get in contact with them since they just ignore me

Here you can see that today i received that last reward, but im still waiting on 1.793 bosscoins. So who is gonna give me those?
