iOS app problem

Firstly I am sorry for my English, I will try my best.
I deleted the "lionescirilla" account that I used before. But I cannot login to my newly created "lioncirilla" account in the iOS application. It says '' you can't access the account because of bla bla.'' I know, because I deleted it. I want to access my new account on the iOS application but I did not manage the find any solution. I deleted and reinstalled the app, cleared the data but no solution.
Please show me a way. Right now, iOS OSM application is useless for me.

@Lirind I do not know what is wrong with support system but I already send them couple of message but it says ''at this time we are giving support in only English'' and giving error. I'am already sending them an English mail. Maybe it is not a perfect English but I think understandable.

@MarkusRW5 you didn't understand. When I send them an e-mail, they reply to me with an automatic message. It's says we only answer questions in English.

I just checked this and all your mails were being set as Turkish language and it triggered an automatic reply for all non English mails.
I've requested for it to be reset (set to english) and your next ticket should be available for manual (human reply)
