How to know who used training camps

Right, so it used to be possible to track who players used training camps against, but I figured that's not possible anymore.
I'm running a tournament right now and I imposed a limit on training camps for everyone. How will I be able to know if people are respecting the limit if I can't keep track of their training camps?

Hello mate...you should choose to play in a league without camps...now, you can tell all the managers to report if they were camped from another manager, sending some pic to you...
