Crew Leader inactive, Crew Member needs assistance

my name is Philip alias "Don PhiL".
I am writing to you because me and my crew "AA3 - ID: 163739" have a big problem. The current crewleader "fclear" (userID: 767905309), is inactive and we have no control over our crew anymore.
I ask for help please !!!
I am a member of the crew since October 2021, currently I am the oldest member and I ask you to give me the crew leader role.
What can we do to regain control of the crew? Please help me !

@Don-Phil i'm sure, @SpecialOne is a little bit annoyed, but maybe you can made Phil to the co-admin, that the crew can be managed, without 'stealing' the crew from fclear.

Hello mates...as it's stated to another topic, there is nothing can be done for this situation...and what if this manager get's active again??? He will have lost the crew he made???
As you see it's not an easy situation at all...sorry for the inconvenience....
