Deleted Chat

Hello! I reported a player because they had bad sportsmanship and they typed in a chat he created for me, so I reported him but then deleted the chat because I didn't like the way he was treating me, but then Gamebasics sent me an email saying I need hard evidence like a screenshot to prove it, and I can't find my chat anymore. Is there a way I can pull it back up so I can show them the proof? Thanks!

Hello mate...sorry but it can not be pulled back form us.... is not possible...and without evidence nothing can happen....next time please take a pic on the chat and then make the report...
