Game doesn’t start

When i start my OSM game, there is a message that keeps popping up. This message says: something went wrong, please try again later. That’s the only thing i can see and when i close this message it pops up again. The phone i’m using is a iphone 11.
I tried to fully reset my phone and i tried to delete the game several times and download it again, but nothing helps unfortunately…

Did you had any other acocunts before the one you're using now? Did other users logged on your device?
Game center is on?
Which world is set on OSM settings? -
@SpecialOne Yes, i had an account, i think that the game try sign in the old account.
I need you to delete the other account.

Yes, that's most probably the reason why this happens.
You'll have to contact our support and explain in detail what happened, provide old manager name and new one, so we can remove the link between old account and our device.
After that you would be explained how to clear data from your device and allow you to log back with new account!

Why can't I enter the application from the iPhone 11 Pro, knowing that I play from the browser !
