According to your topic title, I'm assuming you and your friends receive the statement that those transfers will violate the OSM terms. There is a reason that you receive that message. With those transfers you are violating OSM terms, which is logically not allowed. So there is nothing you can do about it. Please read the OSM terms carefully.
