Why can't i send my scout to Canada?

I wanted to scout a player from Canada, but Canada isn't in the dropdown list.
Can it be fixed?

Hi there,

This is simply because not every player in OSM is scoutable. That also means that not every league is available in the scout. Canada just happens to be one of those leagues. You can try to scout the players in the Canadian league by using the nationality option of the scout in combination of the other options.
