Simulation time

Hi,
My crewmate has created a league today. He lives in Brazil and created it with BR flag. Normally the simulation time is by 19:00 GMT-3, but this time the timer shows that sim will occur at 21:00 GMT-3.

Look, it's 13:22 and it'll sim in 7h and 37min (and a few seconds). 13:22+7:37 = 20:59 ( time)
This never happened before (I guess).

Have the simulation time changed in some servers??? Brought it up here because I'm playing against an Iranian crew and for them the league will sim at 03:30 (Tehran time)..

@Caiu_77 we use Oman for the creator of the league (or in case of an battle, the last one joining, afaik). Then, NORMALLY the time will be around 17 GMT. This fits for most of the participants of our league from all over the world.

But I'm not sure, whether this always happens or whether it is also some luck on whcih server you got. The last 5 leagues we created at the same time with Oman, will be simulated 15:30 GMT (2) and 17:30 GMT (3). This means, that there will always be a wider time frame which can 'happen'.

After the results of a survey that has been held, the simulation time in the American region has been moved up by a couple of hours.
