Why was the Winners Cup final match played after the semi-final in less than 24 hours

After the results of a survey that has been held, the simulation time in the American region has been moved up by a couple of hours. Because of this change there were unfortunatly two matches played instead of just one. Everyone that has been affected received a message via the OSM app.
