I haven't received Boss Coins, what should I do?

This weekend, when they offered 2x more boss coins in the offers, I signed up through Fyber at two casinos:
- Play Regal
- Vegas Plus
I would have to register and deposit at least 21€ in each, and that's what I did.
I first emailed OSM, so they forwarded me to Fyber, and so far I have only received automatic replies, without any development.Has anyone experienced the same? How long did it take to resolve?

You will have to contact Fyber through the OSM app. Go to the offerwall, tap on the menu and select status. Then find the offer which you didn't received the Bosscoins for and tap on 'report issue' and fill in the contact sheet.
