I have a few questions about private leagues. I am new here and didnt find answers to these questions.

Can I get achievements in private leagues?

When I win the League or Cup or reach my goal will it show in world domination for the country and league - or in other words count towards it?

What are instantly finishing timers? Is it like using 0 bosscoins to autocomplete training, stadium, scout and analyst? What about transfers? Will players instantly sell?

Are there costs of boss coins in private leagues for transfers?

What does club funds recompensation mean? Will i get all my bosscoins back if i spend them on f.e Special Offers, Transfers or instant training?

First of all, welcome to OSM and this forum.
Now to answer your questions:

Yes you can. Achievements apply to all leagues on OSM, wheter you have a private league or an open one.

If you are playing in a league that counts towards world domination, then yes. Only the top league of each country count towards world domination. You can check the world domination page from your profile to see which countries count towards world domination.

Instantly finishing timers means that you spend Bosscoins to pay of the remainder of the time for the timer instead of waiting until the timer reaches zero.

All players that you buy will cost Bosscoins, unless you are buying a player from a team in your league that is controlled by another human manager. It cost 1 Bosscoin to buy of a player on the transferlist and 15 Bosscoins to buy a player from the scout.

Club Funds compensation means that you can spend Bosscoins to compensate for the lack of the necessary Club Funds to buy a player. Let's say you have 10 million Club Funds in cash, but the player you want cost 12 million Club Funds. That difference in 2 million Club Funds can be compensated by spending some Bosscoins. The bigger the difference in Club Funds is, the more Bosscoins you have to spend to compensate that.

I made a private league and found moderator settings in which I can buy another league next season again for less boss coins. Why is it cheaper? And if I choose the same league and team again can I play more than one season with the same team?

This is just meant as a nice benefit for people that have created their own league and want to continue that league into the next season.
OSM is designed as a one-season game, which means that after the last match the season has ended. If you renew your league to a new season and choose the same team, then you still start from scratch again.
We do have a feature that keeps your current team. It's called the Winners Cup and is available from placing at the top of the league in a number of selected countries. You will keep all your players and Club Funds and face-off against other managers who have also received a ticket.
