hello, i have created an account in the dutch server because i love OSM, but is it allowed to have an account on dutch server, while having another one on world
the other one in world is called Mohamed3088Mahmoud

Yes, this is allowed. The Dutch version and the international version are two seperate versions of OSM. As both versions act independant of each other, you can have an account on OSM World aswell as have an account on OSM NL.
