Sorry to hear your facing issues with confirming your e-mail. If you are still facing this issue then you will have to contact customer support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit' a request to fill in the contact sheet. First select 'OSM' to continue with the sheet. Then on the issue you are having, you can select 'My account'. Make sure to provide as much details as you can.
