So I reported multi-accounts through the request (#6942425) and did not receive any feedback, and the accounts in question are clear multi-accounts, because players manage to circumvent the system in order to have available slots in newly created accounts and manage to join a group, without having to wait time and let's face it there are few who know how to avoid this period and who knows are mostly players who scour the entire forum.
Therefore, as the players in question did not suffer a penalty, then this request has not been resolved and I have already done so 11 days ago
I would like to know how the situation is.

Due to summer holidays there is a bit of backlog on the supports requests. They are being handled as fast as they can, so you have to wait a little bit longer.
