ios transfer list + match replays every time i open osm

    I play on ios, and I can't click on an already transferred player. I tried resetting the app by downloading it again, but it didn't work. Now every time I open OSM, and select any of my football teams, the last match that I've played keeps replaying itself again and again.

    Hi there,

    About the transfered player: can you be a bit more specific with what the issue is? Is this from a notficiation? When did the problem start? What iPhone do you have, what is the OS version and what is the version of the OSM app you are using?

    About Match Experience: you will have to go through the entire ME and tap on 'continue' at the end to "check off this feature". After that it shouldn't come back until a new match has been played. It could be that you automaticaly have the app data from OSM removed. If so, Match Experience will replay itself again.

    Hi,
    The issue comes from the transfer list. I can't click on any player at all. The problem started about a week ago, and I have an IPhone 12 with IOS 16.6 installed. The version of OSM that I'm currently using is 4.12.20.
    I've solved the match experience bug by deleting the apps documents and Downloading the app again.

    You are tapping on players that have been bought by the engine. That means that they have left your league. I don't believe it has ever been possible to view the playercard of those players that are no longer playing in your league, but I have Android and I rarely play OSM via the app.
    You can tap on players that have been transfered between two clubs within the same league, though.

    If it was previous possible then I guess they have changed that behaviour.

    Ok, the problem is, that when i tap on them from my computer, I can see the stats.
    And the problem still happens when I tap on football players bought up by players, even though in the video I only show the ones that the engine has bought.
    Sorry if my english isn’t very clear

    I can say that i have the same problem, also using iPhone...

    Whenever i login to the game i have to watch the Match Experience everytime, for every slot.. And this happens several times each day.

    The same thing with the "transfer list bug". Usually, i would be able to go the the transfers, click on the player and open the player card (to see it's value and check if it was an instant sale or not) and now the player card doesn't load

    Also we are having an issue with the stadium facilities where we can't do anything on the app, only on web or mweb...

    Hi guys.

    Some news about these issues:

    • Issue with Match Experience can't be reproduced, which means that there is no way to fix this issue at the moment. Hopefully they will be able to locate the issue and fix it, but for now there is nothing else to do than skip ME everytime you use the app.

    • Issue with the transferlist is caused by a bug. They couldn't remove the bug so they had to remove the possibility to view the player card when tapping on the player on the transferlist. If they do manage to fix that bug, then the option to view the player card will be added back in.

    As there is not much else to do about these issue, I will close this topic.
