Unable to create league

Im facing a problem where by i cant create a league there’s an error message came out which i don’t understand why. I have enough coins or point to create league, can someone help me out with this. Thank you

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache via the browser or deleting the OSM app and reinstalling it again. Make sure you have way to log in to your account again if you delete the app.
