    I purchased the X large pack 2820 boss coins for 19,99 euros. I paid the 19,99 euros, but there are no 2820 boss coins in my account. Please help.

    Sometimes it might take awhile before the Bosscoins are added on your account. If you still haven't received them, you will have to contact our customer support via the below link.

    https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us

    Then click on 'submit a request' and fill in the contact sheet in English. Make sure to also include proof of payment.
