Scout cant find some players

i searching some players with scout but cant find. My league is empty no one buying my searching players. Example i wanna enzo fernandez and pedro porro but doesnt appearing in scout.

Hi there,
Your scout comes back with three players that depend on the criteria you choose for your scout. Leave some options open and you get a large pool of possible candidates. Search too narrow and you may find not a single player that fits those criteria.
Other possible reasons that your scout can't find those players:
- Player has already been bought by another manager in your league
- Player is in a special offer for another manager in your league
- Player is already listed on the transferlist
- You are playing in the same league the target player originates from
