Hi there,
- If you have bought them from the store: eventually you should get a 'claim' button to claim these Bosscoins
- If they are from an offer on the offerwall: you have to contact the provider. Go to the free Bosscoins section go to the provider which has the offer. From there you are able to contact the provider.
