    Hi @JBruinink_NL

    Your account has two different gamecenter connections. When clearing App data by switching worlds, did you logged out of gamecenter?

    If not, can you please try to log out from gamecenter, do the worlds switching and only enable gamecenter again after logging back into NL?

    Also, something really important, when switching worlds, app has to be closed and not minimised.

                I'm sorry, but they can't find any issues with this. We really need a video of at least one manager with iOS that shows that the steps have been done correctly.

                        So after I learned that the problem had to do with data not being cleared, I removed and re-installed the game. it worked!
