Tactics not saved after changes - recent update problem

@FC-Eddie_NL I have same problem... try few times, go out from tactic and come back but it is not changed.... this happen on iOS after last update.

Update on the problem. It still exist, specially when I am on wifi connection. Problems are less occurring when Im on mobile data. Terrible setback as I am never sure whether changes are saved.. and specially big problem when the match is within 5mins

Have you also tried it during other times of the day and not just a couple of minutes before the match simulation? It might be that there are more users online during simulation time than normal. I have a hard time believing that this is a general bug in the Android app with only 2 users reporting it. Especially on OSM Wold, the forum would be filled with topics if this was a general bug.

Perhaps you could also try the following (make sure you have a way to log in to your account again before deleting it):

Delete app data
Remove the OSM app from your phone
Restart your phone
Install OSM app again

@FC-Eddie_NL yes I try also few hours before simulation... I do all your advise but it not help as well. When I try to change it is not changed when checking in tactic. But when change to another subaccont and after that come back to subaccont where you change it is changed... so you need to change between subaccont and that is changed. It is not user friendly way to do it...

Alright, just to be sure that I understand you correctly:

First situation:

You make changes to your tactics.
You switch to another page on your clubslot (like your team or the transferlist).
When you come back to the tactics screen, the changes you made have not been saved.

Second situation:

You make changes to your tactics.
You switch to another clubslot and go back to the previous clubslot.
When you go back to the tactics screen, the changes you made have been saved.

Are both these situations correct?

@Majstor-Matt had same problem but found solution to it. when you make changes go back directly to home page and it will save all the changes you made, cheers!

We've been trying to reproduce it and we just can't...

Can someone please let us know the exact steps or make a video (screen recording) where we can see it happen, so we can reproduce and fix it?

@SpecialOne I will try to explain.

Go to tactic formation of my club. Go to tactic with "fair" tackle
Change from "fair" to "aggresive"
Go to line-up or other tab in the same club
Come back to tactic and tackle are not changed (back to fair).

5. Change again tackle from "fair" to "aggresive"

Change sub account to another team (dont do nothing else)
Come back to previous team:
Go to tactic: tackle are changed to aggresive

I hope that you understand now the problem. To save it you need to change between subaccont and tactic is saved.

We found something and we're working on a fix that should go live on next release.

In the mean time, to avoid having this issue, just don't go firectly from tactics to line up
