Hi there,

The screenshot can't be shown on this forum because it's filesize is too large and it needs to be reduced.

If your issue is about not being able to use the iOS app, then this is a known issue. Unfortunately, there is currently no fix for it and it is advised to play OSM on the webversion.

If your issue is related to something else, then please create a new topic and make sure to reduce the filesize of your screenshot first before uploading it to the forum.
