Lost all my boss coins

Hey, i lost all my boss coins after waking up this morning. I had more than 2k coins

Me too! I had like 40 or so coins today. Then I did one of the surveys to get more coins and take advantage of this weekend event. Later I received my coins. But now, I clicked on a player, and when moving between screens, I lost 40 coins. I had 305 coins, then I had 265.
Is there an email or place to create tickets?

Are you sure you didn't spend them on buying a player? When you don't have enough Club Funds or have your Club Funds on Savings and buy a player, that player will be bought with Bosscoins instead of Club Funds. Below a certain number you won't receive a confirmation button if you really want to continue with the purchase or not. This is usually the cause for 'losing' Bosscoins.
You can try going to our customer service, but with the weekend and Christmas holiday that follows, I don't know if you will get a response in the next few days. Click to the below link, then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM'. After that the contact sheet can be filled in.
