Boss coins not working

It says that it is 19.5m and 17 boss coins yet when I try to click the offer it says
I'm not sure what happened, can you explain?

What is yout balance in the bank? Do you have 19.5m?

Hi there,

You either don't have the required Club Funds or you have put them into Savings. When Club Funds are in Savings, you won't be able to use them and have to use extra Bosscoins to buy that player.
