When you purchase Club Funds or Position Swaps from the OSM store, you will find them in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). From there you can use them. Before you use them you need to be sure on which clubslot you want to use it for and are logged in to that clubslot.
If you purchased a Bosscoin pack, you will find a claim button on your career page where you can claim the Bosscoins if you don't receive them inmediately.
