Hello, I've been playing OSM for several years, and I've never encountered such an error before. I play this game for enjoyment, and I've invested money in it multiple times just to have fun. However, what the game has done to me in the last two days is unacceptable.

I've created the best squad value in the league and set up my own system. I was planning to sell my players at the highest price and buy better ones. I put my players on the transfer list at the highest price. The next morning, one of my players was sold, and I saw that 15 million euros had come in. I had listed him for sale at 48 million euros, and his value was 16.8 million euros.

I couldn't make sense of this, and when I checked the transfer list, I saw that my other three players were also listed at the lowest price. "How is this possible? Fortunately, they haven't been sold," I said and removed them from the transfer list.

Later, without paying attention to this error, I put them back on the transfer list until the player I hadn't listed was sold...

Yes, it's the weirdest thing in the world. The player I didn't list on the transfer list was sold at the lowest price. Kvaratskhelia, 22 years old, LW, with a value of 61.6 million euros, was sold for 46.2 million euros.

I have screenshots proving that the player was not on the transfer list. He was the player contributing the most with the highest rating in my team, why would I do such a thing?

Today when I logged back into the game, my friends warned me that different players I hadn't listed were on the transfer list again, and I immediately removed them. Meanwhile, another one of my players was already sold.

I'm removing players from the transfer list, and a different name is immediately added back. It's as if someone has access to my account...

I request the resolution of this error and thorough investigation into the matter.

I want to emphasize again that I will never do such a thing, and I have the necessary screen recordings as evidence.

    Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear that this has happened to you. However, do keep in mind that securing your account is your own responsibility. Perhaps a friend/schoolmate/colleague is messing with your OSM account. So I would advise the following things.

    1. Change the password of your OSM account or the password of any of your social connections if you use those to login to OSM. And make sure that no one else knows them.
    2. If you are on a shared computer, make sure to log out of your OSM account once your done.
    3. Never leave your phone in the open in your classroom or in your workspace.
