scout doesnt work for me in computer or phone

    This should already be fixed so you should be able to open your scout now.

    I tell you that in a league I was in, the same thing happened to me. And the problem was never fixed, so I was without a scout until the end of the league.

    Some time ago they did a sweep to see who was affected and fixed those issues, but it could very well be that they missed some cases. Or perhaps your issue only started to happen after that swoop. They are working on a permanent fix.

    If it happens again, please report the issue either on the forum or via a support request through our customer service.
