Boss Coins Missing

Hi,

I just logged into my account and found that all of my boss coins are missing. I only had ~35 but I am almost certain that I didn't accidentally spend them. I want to report this as a bug.

Hi there,

Please be aware that Bosscoins only 'dissapear' if you use them, unless you obtained the Bosscoins in an illegal way. So you most likely have spend them on something. Most common 'coin spender' is buying a player using Club Fund Compensation (spending extra Bosscoins to buy the player). Below a certain amount of Bosscoins you won't receive a confirmation button.

Also be aware that knowing where you spend your Bosscoins on is your own responsibility. If you want to know where you spend the Bosscoins on, you can try contacting our customer support through the below link.

From there click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.
