    Hello,

    can someone please explain how does manager points work?

    When I beat other manager I just earn +6 Manager point but when I lost against to other managers I am loosing -700 -800 manager point. so in this case How can I increase my manager points ?

    1 loosing game = 60 winning game

    it is really ridicilous..

    For me is winning +1 medal for loosing -700. This is ridiculus...

    Hi there,

    If you only earn a few medals for winning against a human manager, that manager should be inactive for at least 72 hours in a row. Inactive human managers are considered as a CPU team and thus you will receive far less medals then what you would normally get from an active human manager.

    Ofcourse, even for an active human manager you will earn less medals then you would lose from a loss. This is by design. The idea is that the best managers, who wins most of their matches, are at the top of the medal ranking. You could also call it a merit system. To stay in the highest Divisions you need to prove that you can win most of your matches.
