Transfers through scouting don't give the correct amount

So I scouted a football player and it shows me I need to pay 4M + 15 Boss Coins. However when I wanted to buy the player, it prompted me to pay 174 Boss Coins, which I don't have. I thought the player could be bought for the money + Boss Coins, not just solely Boss Coins.
Please fix or advice, thanks!

Hi there,
Then you probably have the Club Funds on your Savings to get the interest. You can't use it if it is on Savings, so you have to transfer them back to your club balance.
