    Dear OSM Support Team,

    I am not able to enter into my slots in the OSM app. The loading screen is loading perpetually and I am not able go into the main career page in which I can click on the any of the slots. Once the loading screen loads long enough, there will be a popup message indicating 'Something went wrong with launching OSM. Please come back later.'

    Platform: iOS
    OSM App Version: Version 4.13.4
    Phone: iPhone XR
    iOS Version: iOS 17.4.1

    Please help check and rectify the issue. Appreciate.

      @CosMoCuTiE

      Hi there,

      I see that you logged in today at 20:03 CEST through the iOS app. Can I assume the issue is solved?

        @FC-Eddie_NL Hi Eddie, this seems to be fine today. Yesterday for Asian server, we really could not enter into iOS app and have to use VPN to bypass the issue. Thanks.

          Hi Eddie, the issue is back and this error keeps popping out if we did not bypass the issue via VPN.

            Ever since the EURO 2024 update is on, it is impossible to enter into Web and iOS app.
