ACCESS TO BATTLE GROUP

I haven't been able to access the batha group via the app for 5 days. The system replicates a strange message and I can't join battles. I would like information about this, whether I should report the problem on a channel, whether OSM is aware of the problem, whether there is a plan for fixing the problem.

Hi there,
Have you tried removing the cookies and cache of the browser you are using or removing the OSM app and installing it again? Before removing the app, make sure you have a way to be able to login to your account again. Otherwise you lose acces to your account.
If that doesn't work, then what error message do you receive? Do your crewmates have issues joining the battle team aswell? Is the team full, but waiting for an opponent?

Goodnight. I also can't access group battles through the app. I can't see game results or battle results. I've done everything you suggested and it's still the same. There are many coaches in the group in the same situation and we can only access them through the browser. In the battle slot it always says that it is undergoing maintenance and temporarily unavailable. It is a situation that has been going on for several days and has already been communicated by several coaches and nothing has been done, which is regretted.

This is a known issue and should be fixed with version v4.0.50.

But when will it be resolved... You already said that eleven days ago and everything remains the same. There are coaches who can't even log in via the browser.

There are probably still some issues with it, so I guess they have postphoned the release. It could also be that Apple/Google are taking longer to approve the new version than anticipated.
