App doesn’t work for me on IOS

the app doesn't work for me I've been trying to log in for over a week now and I always get the same error. I have reinstalled the app several times and deleted its cache and nothing. I'm from IOS, if someone can help me solve it I would appreciate it

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Provide as much details as you can about your issue.
