    Dear support, today at I bought a special offer for 4,99 euros that, according to the description i will recepe 200 coins and 24 milion Funds. After purchase i received only the coins. Give my funds or my money back.
    Why dont u give an receipt for what i paid?

    Hi there,

    When you buy packages from the OSM store that contains items (Club Funds, Position Swaps, Player Packs, etc.) you will find them in your inventory. This is the blue-yellow OSM bag you see at the top of the screen. Make sure you are logged into the correct slot when you use those items.

    If for some reason you don't see your Club Funds in your inventory, you will have to contact our customer support via the below link.

    Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.
