Multi account transfers

These multi account transfers are getting out of hands and you can't even report them. I have continuously been reporting this issue but all I get is a mail saying that they can't look into it and ask me to report from another link which opens up the same webpage. Don't know if the customer care doesn't care or the website is shit. I'm this close to deleting this game after having played for over 8 years.

After that click on 'Submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet in English.

Yeah I submitted the ticket using the same link, then I get a mail saying the in game report function is just for offensive names( I didn't use that report button). Then they give me this same link which I used earlier and ask me to submit a new ticket and mark current one as solved. The link again opens up the same webpage and the cycle continues.
I filled the above form 3/4 times before finally giving up from the never ending repetitive process.

Hmm, that's weird. What option did you choose under "Please select an issue that you are having"?

There's nothing specific for this so I chose "other" option

It looks like you need to select the "report user for inapropiate behaviour" option to report a user you suspect cheating. So try that one instead of 'other'. Also provide proof of cheating with adding screenshots to your ticket.
