I dialled Bellingham twice, but he didn't show up. The first time I did an 85-99 rating and made the position a CM. The second time I did an 80-84 rating and it didn't come up again. Age range 20-24, nationality England and league Spain. The player is not in another team and is not on the transfer list. Can you help me what am I missing?

Maybe some team bought him before and sold him after that. So is there a going out of the league transfer of Bellingham?
And maybe his rating went up as well when he was bought before and sold after so 99 can be to low.
