Away goals still count?

I have a question about the away goals rule in OSM. Recently, the rules in real football have changed, and away goals no longer count double in the event of a tie in two-legged matches.
For example, in OSM, if I play a match where I draw 0-0 away and then draw 1-1 at home, my opponent would have scored one away goal at my home ground. Under the old rules, my opponent would advance because of the away goal. Is this still the case in OSM, or have the rules been updated to match the new real-life football rules?
