the application on my iphone 13 pro doesn't start. reports error "an error occurred during startup".

Have you tried to delete the OSM app and re-installing it again? If that doesn't solve the issue, then you will have to contact our customer support. Hopefully they can help you out. You can find them through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.
