I can't open the app on my phone

On the computer I can log in to my account easily, but on the phone a warning appears saying: you can no longer log in with these credentials. I contacted osm support and they told me to update the app to the latest version, which I have already done but it still doesn't work, what can I do?

Hi there,
You could try to remove the OSM app and re-install it again to see if that solves the issue. If not, then you should reply to the message you received from our customer support and tell them that you have the latest version installed and that removing the OSM app also didn't solved the issue.
