payment for the boss coins that I added to my account today, they were not transferred to my account. I want it to be resolved as soon as possible. -

If you bought Bosscoins from the OSM Store and didn't received them, then you should be able to claim them through the career page. Otherwise you will have to contact our customer support. You can find them via the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.
