Hi, I don't understand why but I can't open the game from the app on Apple because it tells me that "an error occurred and to try again later"

If removing data doesn't work, then it is probably related to having an older account on OSM that has since been disabled or locked and had the same social connection as your current account.
You should contact our customer support, which you can find through the below link. They can help you out.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.
