Good afternoon
I just bought a Gold Pack, the payment was made, but when I was opening, there was an error and when I tried to check again at the Inventory, there was no pack. Also, no players were tranfered to my squad. What should I do?

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.
