    Good morning, Friday I was logging into the OSM application as I have done throughout my day. The problem was that, as soon as I logged in, I found myself in a new account without being able to access my original profile. In it there are years of play, money spent, but above all memories. I hope you answer me and that there is the possibility of logging into my level 5 account named "frosenzi". Have a good day, Alessandro.

    @frosenzi_4 Hi. Do you know ur password? If you do, you can log in on ur account via the web. If your account was conected to facebook, still, browser. If u don’t know your password, then go on the osm web and go on forgot password. If your account is connected to email, then enter it and they will send u password. Hope that helps.

    Hi there,

    @jurgen-klopp_37243 has given you some feedback on how to proceed. If you do not have an e-mail set to your account nor a social connection (Facebook, Google Play account or Apple Game Center account), you will have to contact our customer service and ask for help there. They will be able to verify if you are the owner of that account and can help you out.

    Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet in English.
