@Game_Freak Probably the league opener was smart and turned off pay 2 win features for that certain league. Or it is a battle league where p2w is now an option.
Try joining open and public league and Im sure it will be okay to use it

Like @Majstor-Matt said, there are circumstances where items can't be used in a league. Knockout Royale is an open league created by OSM, so I assume you should be able to use these items. What message do you get when you try to use the training progression item?

Have you checked your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag)? That's where those items are stored. If it's really not there, then you will have to contact our customer support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide as much details as possible, like what did you do that would give the progression item.
