Lost account

Hi. Is anyone else having problems today. I have lost all the Leagues i was In & it has reset me back to Beginner. I try & login with facebook all I get is the account is already linked to an OSM Account.

Hi there,
Not sure what you mean. With this account you are in Division 9 and are managing a club on three of your clubslots.
Or did you downloaded and opened the OSM app for the first time? Then it could probably be that you created a new account on the app and linked that account to your Facebook account.

I can’t login to my account where i have 3Leagues. Via the App. I can threw Facebook or using Safari. For some reason. The game I know have on the app I am back on Beginner. Try logging to facebook says account already in us with OSM. Even the email now linked to the OSM Account i have no idea where its cone from. All i want is to be able to play OSM On the App with my Original account

Log in through safari
Delete osm app
Download again
Try connecting with ur account -

Try to install osm and then redownload and connect with ur facebook -

Hi i have uninstalled the app I don’t know how many times. Still won’t work. Fine threw Safari. The app just won’t let me get back to my old account threw Facebook. Just says account already linked to OSM.

Even the email linked to the new account i have no idea where its cone from. Nope that didn’t work.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide as much details as possible.
