Hi there,
If you were inactive for at least three years straight, then your old account has been deleted and is permanentely removed from OSM. If that's not the case then you should contact our customer support through the below link.
https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us
Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide the managername of both your current account and your old account.
