Hi, i used to play OSM in 2020 until mid 2021
can't get back my account

my last trophy, i won the winners cup with it

what happened ? do you delete unactive accounts ?

if so, i'm not coming back

Hi mate,

If you have not accessed your account for a continuous period of at least three years, it has likely been deleted. Please note that once an account is removed from OSM due to this inactivity, it cannot be restored and is permanently gone.

Hi there,

As @Lirind stated: accounts that have not been used for a period of three years straight are permanentely removed from the database and can't be restored. This is in complience with privacy laws. You will have to play with the new account you created.
