I bought 20m cash + 605 diamonds + 3 development packages for 249.99 from the market but only diamonds came to my account, the others did not come and the ads were not removed.

Hi there,

For your first issue: Club Funds, Training Progression and Player Packs are considered as 'items'. You will find them in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). From there you can use them for your teams.

As to your second issue: the packs that remove ads, remove the banners you would normally see at the sides of your screen if you are a 'free user'. You are probably refering to the ad that gets started after you have watched your match via the OSM app. This will only happen if you tap on the orange 'continue + video' button. This ad is part of the three ads in the Finance section to receive Club Funds and Bosscoins.

If you do not want to watch that ad, then tap on the dark-blue button that is right above the orange button.
